Speakers
Selected speakers from submitted abstracts have already been notified by email. Please check the scientific program online for detailed information on the oral presentations.
If you are a speaker, please hand in your presentation to a member of the staff assisting the presenters at least two hours before your session. This staff member will be located at the back of the conference room for the entire duration of the meeting.

Poster presenters
Poster format
The format of the poster should be a maximum of 120 cm high and 80 cm wide (portrait style). Please note that posters exceeding these dimensions will NOT fit in the poster panel.
Poster Session I
If you are presenting during Poster Session I (Scientific Sessions: Neural circuits and behavior and Neurodegeneration: May 25 afternoon), please set your poster during the morning coffee break. Meeting staff will be there to help. Please remove your poster at the end of the day.
Poster Session II
If you are presenting during Poster Session II (Scientific Sessions: Neuropsychiatric disorders, Regeneration and Therapies, and Neurodevelopment and Cell Biology: May 26, morning), please set your poster between 8:30-9:00am. Meeting staff will be there to help. Please remove your poster at the end of the day.
Poster session duration is 2h. Presenters are required to stand by their poster at least during 1h:
- odd poster number - first hour
- even poster number - second hour
